Terms and conditions:

If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, you may do so within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the bank account specified by the customer within 14 days.
In the case of a return, the item must not have been used more than halfway.
Returned items must be undamaged and retain their original saleable condition.
Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging (e.g. a box or padded envelope) to prevent damage during transport.
The money-back guarantee may be used only once per person and does not apply to legal entities.
